Lindsey-Vonn

Lindsey Vonn (born 18 Oct 1984) is a former American alpine ski champion, who was awarded silver in the downhill section of the Winter Olympics 2010. She ranks second amongst all female and male skiers in terms of top scores. She is the best skier ever and the most popular in the United States. Caroline Vonn is a World Cup alpine ski racer in the US. Also, she goes by Lindsey Vonn. Four times she has been awarded the title of winner in the World Cup overall competition. The athlete who has earned her name within American culture. She is only one of six female athletes to win every event of the World Cup circuit. The American has racked up an impressive 82 World Cup victories in total. A world-class skier and one of America's most experienced ski racers, she has decided to retire after the World Championships which take place in Sweden. Numerous health issues have led to this multiple World Cup Overall Champion to make the decision to retire. Social media was her way to declare her retirement. The final race I will run in my professional career is scheduled to be at Re Sweden next week, during the Downhill World Championships, as well as SG World Championships.
