Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she finished third. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
